Code of Ethics

  1. You must have a valid driving license, insurance cover and comply with local country regulations.
  2. Show consideration at all times for passengers and other road users, including other motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians.
  3. Maintain a safe distance in relation to your speed and surroundings between your Vespa and the Vespa in front.
  4. Develop an appropriate relationship with other members, based on mutual trust and respect.
  5. Never condone rule violations, violence, rough language or inappropriate behaviour. Do not use profane language or harass, physically or verbally, committee members or other members.
  6. Shall not do anything which is likely to intimidate, offend, insult, humiliate or discriminate against any other person on the grounds of gender, race, disability, age, religious or political belief, sexual orientation, social background, ethnic origin, language, marital or civil partnership status or pregnancy.
  7. The committee members cannot be members of any other local club similar to ‘Vespa Club Malta’ due to a conflict of interest.
  8. The members (other than the committee) can be members of any other club.
  9. All members should own a registered Vespa (Piaggio).
  10. Follow all guidelines laid down by the Club’s committee members.
